Packaging manufacturers

Packaging: a day in your inbox.

It all comes together in one place: bespoke enquiries, orders, print proofs, complaints. This is what the day looks like when the sorting happens before you get there.

A prospect, 9.12am

‘Hello, I need boxes for some fairly heavy parts. Do you do anything like that?’

What happens

Dimensions, weight, quantity and shipping method are asked for in the same thread, without anyone at your end having to do a thing. Sales gets an enquiry that can be costed.

A regular customer, 9.40am

Order no. 4412

What happens

The PDF is read, the item numbers and quantities are carried over, and the entry in your inventory system is prepared. You check it and approve it.

A buyer, 10.05am

‘What is the status of my order?’

What happens

There is no longer any reason for that message: the order confirmation, the expected delivery date and the tracking number go to the customer automatically, as soon as each piece of information is available.

‘Could you send me the technical data sheet and the food contact declaration again?’

A customer with a print job, 2.02pm

‘The proof is approved at my end, but Julien has not replied yet.’

What happens

The status of each approval, the comments and the reminders all sit in one place. You see who has not approved yet, and every approval is on record.

A logistics firm, 3.33pm

‘Three pallets arrived damaged, the boxes at the bottom are crushed.’

What happens

The photo is already attached. The delivery note number and the order number are asked for; the complaint goes to the right department and stays on the list until the credit note or the replacement delivery has been dealt with.

An industrial buyer, 4.48pm

‘I need the EU declaration of conformity for this packaging.’

What happens

Since August 2026 the EU packaging regulation has required an EU declaration of conformity for each type of packaging, together with its technical documentation. Both are up to date, and they go straight out to the buyer.

What you no longer have to chase

A bespoke quote is not waiting on the costing.

It is waiting on four details that the customer did not give and that somebody then has to chase up by email.

  • Length 600 mm
  • Width 400 mm
  • Height ?
  • Product weight ?
  • Quantity ?
  • Shipping method ?

Those four are asked for straight away. Once the enquiry is complete, the first costing comes from your own comparable jobs and your pricing rules. Sales either approves that costing or corrects it.Quotes & signatures →

What stays with you

The material, the machine, a promise kept.

Choosing the right flute. A die-cut that fits first time. Telling a customer their pallet goes out on Thursday, and it does go out on Thursday. That is your trade, and no system can replace it. We take care of everything around it.

Shall we take a look at your inbox?

45 minutes, free and with no obligation. We go through a week of incoming enquiries and tell you what can be sorted before it reaches you, what belongs in your hands, and what is not worth it.
