Why we exist
Most problems that look like marketing problems are really capacity problems.
The campaign is not running because nobody has time to look after it. The enquiry goes unanswered because it is sitting in an inbox next to two hundred others.
You can recommend hiring more people. Or you can take away the work that is not really work – which is exactly what we build: workflows that absorb the repetitive part and leave the rest to people.
We have been doing this since 2024 for small and medium-sized businesses. At first on the side, for a handful of clients, then for so many clients that it became a company in its own right.
Where we come from
We work from Kelmis, in the German-speaking Community of Belgium, between Germany and the Netherlands. That is no accident; it is the reason we work the way we do.
Running a business here means working in three languages as a matter of course: a quote in French, a supplier email in Dutch, the meeting in German. That is exactly what we build in: multilingual from the start, not a translation module bolted on afterwards.
And because almost every business here is small, we know the reality we are building for: twelve people, no IT manager, a managing director still writing quotes in the evening.
