Your data. Your rules. Your keys.
Most automation providers sell a subscription. As long as you pay, it works. The day you stop, it is gone, and usually your data goes with it. We build differently: your data, your rules and your workflows are yours to take whenever you want them.
Four principles
We do four things the same way in every project, whether it is posts, quotes or personnel files.
Context store
Every system has a memory that belongs to you: brand voice, pricing logic, customers, rules, exceptions. In a database you can open, read and change. If your price bands change, you change one line – not us.
Tools and playbooks
Fixed where things repeat. Flexible where the cases differ. What the system may do, what it may not and when a person has to sign off are all set by you.
Orchestration
A control layer knows what has to happen in what order, what can run at the same time, and where each case currently stands. Without it you end up with isolated fixes that together belong to nobody.
Observability and quality assurance
Every run is logged. If something goes wrong, there is an alert, not a silent stop. Checks before output stop anything that must not go out.
The layered model
Every project is built the same way. Five layers, clearly separated, so each one can be changed on its own without touching the others.
The separation is the whole point. If we change the image-generation supplier, we swap out one tool – your data, your context and your workflows stay untouched. In a subscription tool those five layers are a single black box, and it belongs to somebody else.
Our exit promise
The sentence everything else is measured against: you own your data, your context and your rules, and you can leave at any time.
- –Your data can be exported. At any time, in full, in open formats.
- –Rules and instructions are documented. Written down and readable in your own database.
- –Workflows are handed over as an open file, usable in any standard environment.
- –No proprietary format. We build on tools that exist independently of us.
- –Cancellation without data loss. You cancel the support, not the system.
- –Handover to a third party is possible. We will not stand in your way.
This is not generosity but self-discipline. Anyone who knows their client can walk away at any time builds differently. It is the only reason you should trust us with your business’s infrastructure.
How a project runs
- 01Week 1
Listening
We look at how things actually run in your business today. Not how they ought to run.
- 02Weeks 2 to 9
Building
We set the system up around the way you work. Four to eight weeks, depending on scope.
- 03On completion
Handing over
You get the logins, the documentation and a training session. From then on it runs at your end.
- 04Afterwards
Supporting
We stay contactable, and we adjust and extend the system when you need us to. With no tie-in.
Have a look at a live system.
The quickest way to understand how we work is to see one running. During the call we open a real system and show you the five layers on a live client project.
