What we don’t do

What we don’t do.

Most suppliers describe everything that is possible. That helps very little, because almost everything is possible. What is useful is knowing where somebody stops. Here is where we stop.

Seven limits

Nothing that pretends to be a person

An assistant that talks to your customers identifies itself as one. Someone who believes they are writing to a person will not forgive being misled.

No workflow you do not understand

An unclear workflow becomes unclear faster once it is automated. If the process has to be sorted out first, we say so – even when that makes the job smaller.

No job cuts

Automation takes away repetition, not people. Anyone who promises you savings is selling you something other than what we do.

No AI where a rule will do

Most of what costs you time does not need AI; it needs a clean connection between two systems. That is cheaper, quicker and more reliable.

No systems you cannot get out of

Your data, your rules and your workflows belong to you and can be exported at any time. We keep your business by doing good work.

Nothing goes out without your approval

No post, no quote, no customer reply leaves your business without a person agreeing to it or a rule that a person has set.

No projects we are the wrong people for

We say so in the intro call. And if we know someone who fits better, we give you their name.

What we deliberately do not automate

  • –the human relationship and personal conversations
  • –strategic decisions
  • –complex negotiations
  • –judgement calls that carry responsibility

Four sentences you will not hear from us

  • –‘We have a package, it’s bound to fit.’
  • –‘You would need to move to our platform for that.’
  • –‘It is running now, give us a shout if anything comes up.’
  • –‘It will pay for itself in three months.’

If you have read all of this and still want to call, we are probably a good fit.
