Oversight & KnowledgeEvery enquiry has a source, and every source has a price.
At the start of the month, one page shows you which channel brings enquiries in, what each one cost and which of them turned into orders.
The problem
A customer rings on a Tuesday morning and says he found you online. Where exactly, he cannot remember. The call is noted down, the order is written up, and nobody will ever know which of the euros you spent brought that customer in.
At the end of the year there is a marketing budget in the books and a turnover figure beside it. There is no longer any way of telling which part belongs to which. So the budget is rolled forward because that is what happened last year, and the agency goes on being paid the same as always.
The expensive part of this is not the advert that brings nothing in. The expensive part is the channel that really does work and that you cannot see, because the enquiry came in by phone and was never written down anywhere. That is exactly the one you will cut first the next time you have to cut costs.
What you get
We connect your website, your ad accounts and your order list or CRM. If the enquiries have so far only been sitting in an inbox, that is where we start.
How it works
Capture
Enquiries from the form, the phone, email and messaging apps come together in one place with their source, and the costs from the ad accounts and the invoices come with them.
Process
Duplicate enquiries are merged, each enquiry is tied to a source, and each is linked to the order as soon as there is one.
Deliver
At the start of the month the report is in your inbox: cost per enquiry, conversion rate per channel and one sentence on what has shifted since last month.
Review
Over twelve months you see which channel is pulling its weight, which one only creates work, and where moving the budget makes sense.
What it costs
Included: a stocktake of the channels, clean measurement on the website and the ad accounts, source capture for the phone and the form, connecting your order list, a report template, testing against three months of historical data, handover. The figure depends on the number of channels and connected systems.
Included: running it, licences, the monthly report, upkeep of the sources and cost centres, analysis and support.
No lock-in. Cancellable month by month. What keeps you with us is the work, not the length of the contract.
All prices are indicative and are agreed during the call.

What you own
The ad accounts, the measurement data and the report sit in your own accounts. If you stop tomorrow, the figures and the whole history stay with you.
We do not make you dependent on us. You are not renting a system, you are getting one.
Common questions
Does our website analytics tool not already do this?+
An analytics tool counts clicks on the website. It does not know which click became a phone call, or which call became an order. That connection is exactly what we make, and only then do the cost figures mean anything at all.
How do we handle data protection and consent?+
We only measure what we have consent for. The banner, the retention periods and the record of processing activities are part of the setup. Where figures have gaps because consent is missing, the report says so rather than us smoothing it over.
We spend €500 a month on marketing. Is it worth it?+
On that budget, rarely. The reporting starts to pay off at the point where you are paying for several channels at once and can no longer say which of them is doing the work. We tell you in the intro call whether you are at that point, before you pay anything.
Does the AI work the figures out?+
No. The figures are calculated, not estimated. The AI does the tidying beforehand: merging duplicate enquiries, tying them to sources, filing the free text in phone notes where it belongs and flagging anything odd. What you then do with the budget is your decision.
We already have the Reporting cockpit. Is this not the same thing?+
No. The cockpit shows your figures from the business itself: turnover, workload, unpaid items. This is about the stage before that: where an enquiry came from and what it cost. Both draw on the same order data; the questions are different.
When the next budget comes round, you will know where the money is going.
An intro call, free and with no obligation. We go through your channels for the last three months and tell you honestly whether the reporting is worth it on your budget.
