Leads & SalesIn the meeting you know what has worked on the same objection before.
The assistant knows the deals you have won and suggests what helped win them. What you say across the table is your decision.
The problem
Thursday, half past four, presenting a quote at the customer’s premises. Then comes the line you know: that is a lot more than the last supplier charged. Your salesperson has three good answers to that. Only, right then, they cannot think of them, because the last time they needed them was eight months ago.
The knowledge of how a deal actually gets closed in your firm sits with two or three people who have been doing it a long time. None of it is written down anywhere. Anyone starting out picks it up over years alongside them, or does not pick it up at all.
And when one of them leaves, it goes with them. What stays behind is a folder of quotes and a question: why some meetings turn into an order and others fizzle out.
What you get
We connect your CRM, your quote data and your inbox if you already use them. If you do not, we set up a simple filing system instead.
How it works
Capture
Meetings won and lost, quotes, notes and email threads are read into the system, each with its outcome attached.
Process
The objections that keep coming back, and the answers that led to the order, are worked out and put to you for approval.
Deliver
During the meeting, on your phone or tablet, you see the objection, three answers with evidence behind them and the estimate that goes with it.
Review
You see how often each objection comes up, which answer works, and where quotes get stuck.
What it costs
Included: discovery, going through your last two years of meetings and quotes, an objection catalogue with your own answers, connecting the CRM and the inbox, testing on real meetings, training, handover. The figure depends on how many salespeople you have and how much material there is.
Included: operation, licences, monthly upkeep of the objection catalogue, analysis and support.
No lock-in. Cancellable month by month. What keeps you with us is the work, not the length of the contract.
All prices are indicative and are agreed during the call.

What you own
Your meeting records, the objection catalogue and every login sit in your own accounts. The knowledge we bring to the surface is yours, even if you stop tomorrow.
We do not make you dependent on us. You are not renting a system, you are getting one.
Common questions
Does the AI listen in on our customer meetings?+
Only if you want it to and everyone involved has agreed. Normally the assistant works with what you write anyway: notes, quotes, emails. Recording calls is an option, not part of the package.
Does the assistant talk to our customers?+
No, it talks to you. And if a customer does end up writing to a system directly, it says so. The AI Act requires that, and we would do it anyway.
There are three of us in sales. Is it worth it?+
If two of the three have been there ten years and nobody new is coming, probably not. It becomes worthwhile when you are hiring, when somebody is about to retire, or when quotes regularly sit there with nobody following up. We tell you that in the intro call, before you pay anything.
How is a machine supposed to know what works for us?+
From the deals you have closed yourself. Without your own history there is no suggestion. And if there is too little material, we say so during the discovery instead of selling you a standard package.
What if a suggestion is nonsense?+
Then you ignore it, and we want to hear about it. Any suggestion can be marked as useless with one click, and we go through the catalogue with you every month.
What your best salespeople know stays in the firm.
An intro call, free and with no obligation. We look at your recent quotes, won and lost, and tell you honestly whether there is enough material for this.
