Team & PeopleFrom application to first day, everything follows the same pattern.
Applications no longer sit in an inbox, rejections go out on time, and anyone who starts has their logins, their kit and a plan on the first morning.
The problem
An application arrives on a Friday evening and sits there until Wednesday, because the boss is out on site. By then the applicant has said yes somewhere else. Not because the offer was better, but because somebody there replied on Monday.
Rejections are the part almost everyone lets slide. Not out of rudeness, but because nobody finds the time to write the same thing twelve times. What is left is a reputation that costs you applicants the next time you advertise.
And when somebody finally does start, on day one there is no key, no login for time tracking, or simply nobody with an hour to spare.
What you get
We connect time tracking and shift planning if you already run a system. If you do not, we set one up.
How it works
Capture
Applications from job boards, the inbox and the website come together in one place, with the role’s requirements stored alongside.
Process
The documents are checked, summarised and set against the criteria you have defined.
Deliver
Acknowledgement, a proposed slot, offer or rejection all go out on their own. The offer starts the hiring workflow.
Review
You see which channel brings applicants, how long a role has been open and at which stage candidates drop out.
What it costs
Included: discovery, criteria per role, templates for acknowledgements, rejections and contracts, induction workflow, testing on real applications, handover. The figure depends on the number of role profiles.
Included: running the system, licences, upkeep of the templates and criteria, analysis and support.
No lock-in. Cancellable month by month. What keeps you with us is the work, not the length of the contract.
All prices are indicative and are agreed during the call.

What you own
Your applicant data, your templates and all your logins sit in your own accounts. If you stop tomorrow, the whole workflow stays with you.
We do not make you dependent on us. You are not renting a system, you are getting one.
Common questions
Does the AI decide who we hire?+
No. It pre-sorts and summarises, using criteria you set. The choice is made by a person. That matters to us, and it is also the only legally sound route.
How do we handle data protection?+
Applicant data is particularly sensitive. Deletion periods, access rights and the record of processing activities are part of the build, not an afterthought the following year.
We hire two people a year. Is it worth it?+
The recruitment part on its own, rarely. For you, the gain is more likely to be in induction, holiday, shifts and annual reviews. We tell you that in the intro call, before you pay anything.
Doesn’t an automatic rejection feel cold?+
A kind rejection after four days feels warmer than none at all after eight weeks. You write the words, we just make sure they go out reliably.
Can we keep our HR software?+
As a rule, yes. What you use and what should stay are settled during the discovery.
The next vacancy runs itself.
An intro call, free and with no obligation. We walk through the workflow on one of your open roles and tell you honestly whether the effort is worth it for you.
