Visibility & ContentYour items are kept up to date, including the three thousand at the bottom of the list.
Titles, descriptions, attributes and categories come from your own item data. Missing images and low stock get flagged before a customer runs into them.
The problem
The supplier’s new catalogue arrives on a Tuesday as a spreadsheet of four hundred rows. Getting them into the shop, with title, text, dimensions and category, takes a fortnight, with somebody copying rows across in the evenings.
The items that do get looked after are the ones that sell anyway. The rest sit there with the manufacturer’s text, the same image twice, no dimensions, no category. Nobody finds them, and whoever does still does not buy.
And then you sell something that has not been on the shelf since February. That does not cost revenue, it costs a phone call, an apology and a customer who looks elsewhere next time.
What you get
Shop platform, stock system and till: we connect whatever you already run; if you have none of it yet, we tell you what suits your range.
How it works
Capture
Item data from the stock system, supplier lists and the shop comes together in one place, with your own fields and required details stored alongside.
Process
Title, description, attributes and a suggested category are produced item by item. Anything missing from the data is flagged, never invented.
Deliver
The finished items go into the shop and onto the marketplaces you sell on. Low stock or a missing image becomes a task for whoever is responsible.
Review
You see how many items are complete, what people search for and do not find, and where empty fields are costing you revenue.

What you own
The item data, the title patterns and every login to the shop and the stock system stay on your own accounts. If you stop tomorrow, the range you have kept up to date stays with you.
We do not make you dependent on us. You are not renting a system, you are getting one.
Common questions
Does the AI write our product copy?+
It builds it from your item data, to a pattern you set. Before anything goes live you see what is changing, and you can rewrite any text.
What about invented details?+
That is the most important question about this product. The system writes only what is in your data. If a dimension is missing, the space stays empty and the item is flagged, rather than something plausible being made up to fill it.
We have four hundred items that rarely change. Is it worth it?+
Probably not. It pays off when your range keeps changing, when supplier lists keep arriving, or when you also sell on a marketplace. Which of those applies to you is something we settle in the intro call.
Where does our data sit?+
In your shop and your stock system, on your own accounts. We work with it, we do not collect it. Purchase prices and terms stay where they are and never appear in any text.
Can we keep our online shop?+
Usually yes. Shopware, WooCommerce, Shopify or something built in-house: we work out what you run and what should stay at the discovery stage.
Four hundred new items become an afternoon’s work.
An intro call, free and with no obligation. We take fifty of your items, show you what they turn into and tell you honestly whether the effort is worth it for you.
