Visibility & ContentFour weeks ahead, you know what goes out, when and where.
Topics build up all year in one topic store. From that we draw a plan you approve, and the posts go out at the right time on the right channel.
The problem
It is Thursday evening, the newsletter is meant to go out on Friday, and somebody is sitting there wondering what to write about. In the end it will be the piece about the new van again.
So everything happens in bursts. Three weeks of nothing, then four posts in one afternoon because somebody had an hour spare. Meanwhile the good stories happen every day on site, in the shop, in the workshop, and nobody ever tells them.
And what finally goes out depends on the channel rather than the topic. LinkedIn gets something, the newsletter and the Google listing do not, even though it would have been the same story three times over.
What you get
We connect your website, your newsletter and your LinkedIn, Instagram and Google accounts; if a channel is missing, we set it up.
How it works
Capture
Topics, photos, dates and campaigns come together in one store, all year round, even when nobody is thinking about publishing.
Process
One topic produces drafts per channel, with the text, a suggested image and a date. The suggestions go to you, not to the public.
Deliver
What you have approved goes out at the planned time on the planned channel. What you do not approve does not go out.
Review
You see which topics get read, which channel brings enquiries and which one only makes work.

What you own
The topic store, the templates and all the logins for your channels sit in your own accounts. If you stop tomorrow, the plan and the texts stay with you.
We do not make you dependent on us. You are not renting a system, you are getting one.
Common questions
Does the AI write our posts?+
It writes drafts from your topics and in your tone of voice. Nothing goes out without your approval. Where a post contains machine-generated images or audio, it carries a label, as the AI Act requires.
We have nothing to say.+
Almost every business says this and almost every one is wrong. During the discovery we spend two hours with you gathering topics from what already happens in your business. If nothing comes of it, we tell you and you leave it there.
There are ten of us and our order book is full. Is it worth it?+
For more enquiries, rarely. For the right enquiries, for attracting applicants and for a customer still knowing who you are in two years, more likely, yes. We tell you in the intro call which of those applies to you.
Who owns the texts and the images?+
You do. Photos of staff and customers need consent; the forms for that are part of the setup, so it does not become a problem in two years’ time.
We work with an agency. Can the two work together?+
Usually yes. We supply the plan, the topic store and the drafts. Whether you or your agency publishes from them is up to you.
On Monday you know what goes out this week.
An intro call, free and with no obligation. We build a plan with you for the next four weeks and tell you honestly whether the effort is worth it for you.
